Simple Pleasures in a Peaceful Niche

Welcome to our shared single-level home tucked into a quiet residential area of San Luis Obispo. Close to the airport, downtown, and an 8 minute drive to Cal Poly, our home offers a comfortable place to relax and an open door for exploring the scenic sights nearby. We rent our two spare rooms to only one group at a time. For groups of two, a shared bedroom is the most economical. However, if you'd like to have your own room, there is an extra charge of $25 per night, requested upon booking.

Ocean Front Get Away- Luxury Suite on the Beach

Our ocean front guest suite offers sweeping views of the beach and ocean and includes a separate entrance, king size bed, fireplace, luxurious bathroom, private outside seating patio with fire pit and your own steps down to the beach. Relax on the patio as you watch pelicans and dolphins and fall asleep to soothing ocean waves. Awake in the morning to homemade warm scones, fresh fruit, and eggs delivered to your door. We do not allow children or pets. Catch our amazing sunsets!

Montgomery Vineyard

Montgomery Vineyard was once part of the oldest dairy farm in San Luis Obispo County. The unique accommodations offers guests an eclectic décor of antiques and memorabilia from behind the camera in Hollywood. The views from the large, private deck are of the vineyard and the vineyard covered hills beyond. It is a lovely, relaxing place to enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine made from the grapes grown in Montgomery Vineyard. Beautiful Avila Beach is just down the road.

Our home is unique and fun with a warm and relaxing feel. This truly one of a kind custom in every way home was rebuilt and designed by ourselves over these past several years and now we wish to share it with you. Lounge in the backyard overlooking the Arroyo Grande creek or melt in the massage chair while watching a good movie in the loft. Our home is within walking distance to the charming AG village. This stand-alone casita sits in the privacy of our rear yard and has a separate entrance. We are three minutes from highway 101 in the newer La Ventana community. Surrounded by beautiful mountain views on the Central Coast and close to many flourishing wineries, this residence is 20 minutes south of Pismo Beach, 30 minutes from San Luis Obispo, one hour north of Santa Barbara, close to the beautiful Danish city of Solvang and Santa Ynez.

Enjoy 1-2 bedrooms and private bath in the lower level of a bi-level residence. The space is private and the beds are most comfortable. You'll love the panoramic view of the Santa Lucia Mts, gas-plumbed firepit (weather permitting), and sunniest microclimate in town. The Feng Shui Room & private bath.

The Feng Shui Room, large, airy with inviting comfort. The Cal King bed is comfortable with it's foam mattress, luxurious down comforter and crisp clean sheets. The Feng Shui room has a little refrigerator. There is also a private bathroom with an out side bathtub and shower. There's an indoor one too of course. We will serve coffee around 8:00 and breakfast too if we like you. We have No cleaning fees or hidden charges.
