The outdoor patio area is just for guests and is a great spot to sit in the evenings. Although we recommend a car - we are close to bus and ferry routes to San Francisco. Perfectly situated for hiking, mountain biking or trips to Napa Valley. Strictly no pets because of host’s allergies. There are stairs from street to the entrance.

A separate gated pathway leads to the private deck with space to relax or dine while listening to songbirds.

This lovely little private studio is located on the lower level of our 3-story home in a magical redwood grove in Fairfax, California. The unit has a cozy Murphy bed, kitchenette, dishwasher, and bathroom with a large shower. Enjoy a private outdoor deck and patio surrounded by redwoods. There are two sweet cats on the premises. They don’t hang out in the unit but they love to visit guests and may occasionally enter the unit.

A Tiny Escape Near San Francisco & Wine Country

A cozy one-bedroom apartment at a fantastic location for nature lovers. A place perfect in-between San Francisco (20 min drive), Stinson Beach (15 min drive), Mt. Tamalpais hiking trails (just walk out the door) and close to all Marin County, the SF Bay Area, and whatever wine country has to offer.
