Relax as a couple, with friends or the whole family at this peaceful house in beautiful Sandy Point. The perfect spot for a quick getaway or a long, slow holiday, this beautiful newly renovated house is just five minutes' walk to one of Victoria's most beautiful beaches and close to Wilsons Prom. With two bedrooms (queen bed + bunk with double) and a full queen sofa bed, the house sleeps up to 7 - with big outdoor dining and entertaining area, and brand new kitchen. We can't wait to have you!

Seabreeze Retreat

This elevated house with modern facilities is open plan and has 3 bedrooms. Easy access to the beach and town centre makes this a perfectly located property. DVDs, coffee maker, split system AC, spa bath, laundry, Hills hoist and NBN (at no extra charge) are provided. Linens and bath towels are supplied. Big yard and is dog friendly though no fenced yard (we have a removable gate for the deck to contain dogs and small children for safety). The shed in the back is not part of the rental.

Set between stunning natural bushland & Gippsland's sprawling agricultural hills, 'The Barn' offers a unique escape back into nature's gentle rhythm. Keep an eye out for a koala, wallaby or lyrebird. Cook your own wood-fired pizza (season-dependent). Explore local national parks or swim at some of Victoria’s most beautiful, untouched beaches.

Sandy's Loft

A relaxing and romantic escape for 2! Sandy's Loft is nestled in the backyard of the owners property, in a peaceful and tranquil setting. This spacious bedroom boasts a King sized bed, with an adjoining ensuite, and a functional kitchenette and dining space downstairs. The beautiful Waratah beach is a few minutes walk away. Smoking is not permitted inside the property. No WiFi! No Pets Electric Vehicle; there is no facility for charging e.v's at the property, and is not permitted.

Sandy Point is a sleepy holiday town close to Wilson's Prom, with the most beautiful beach. Enjoy precious family time in this very special part of the world in our brand-new, architecturally-designed modular home, just a five-minute walk to the beach! The house captures views in every direction, which you can enjoy from balconies on both sides. Kids will love the in-ground trampoline, books, and games! Doggies welcome but our garden is not secure so please don’t leave them unattended.
