The farm house was fully renovated in 2024 with 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and an upgraded kitchen. Enjoy the comfort of ceiling fans and conditioners in every room.

Cacona Villa - Spacious Beach-Front Villa

Our modestly-appointed, but spacious, villa is right on the beach and within a short walk of the centre of Treasure Beach village. Cacona has four huge decks, a fantastic outdoor hot-water shower, AC in all bedrooms, washing machine, wifi, additional private decks for upper bedrooms, and our great low base rate for 2 guests. It's not fancy, but our place is good for groups, friends, extended families, and families with older kids. Reopening after the devastating damage from Hurricane Beryl.

Beach front villa in Treasure Beach, on the south coast of Jamaica, where it's sunny all year round! Steps away from a secluded sandy cove: perfect for swimming, sunbathing and morning strolls. Peaceful and quiet, the villa has three double bedrooms and in a cottage for two available at additional cost. There is a private pool, beach sundeck, terrace, balcony, sitting room and kitchen. A personal chef is included in the rental rate for breakfast and dinner, you just pay the cost of the food.

It allows for panoramic views of the town of Mandeville, and its surroundings.The very cool, safe, serene, tranquil environment and climate of Mandeville are to die for! There’re also neighborhood pool, badminton & tennis courts, gym, health-food restaurant,etc. Everything’s conveniently located from the location including, hospitals, supermarkets, shopping centers, bars, restaurants, lounges, beaches, etc. BOOK!
