High speed (Gig) internet if you need to work remotely or stream movies (New smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms). This is a cozy cabin that has 1 queen, 1 full-size trundle bed, 1- couch bed all in one small 418 sqft studio, with very little privacy, perfect for couples or small family!

Our lake house is located on the lower Sardis lake. Walk a few steps to fish for crappie, bass and catfish off the back deck. There are two grills outside with a fire pit and two bench swings for relaxing at night. This is a great place to stay for large families or two families or a big group. Oxford and Ole Miss are just a short drive away if you are looking to hang out in the grove for a football game or just want to go shop or eat in the historic square in Oxford.
