Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly detached beach front villa. 5 mins walk from the beach with 180 degree view of the sea across the award winning Filey bay. Great family friendly detached Villa. 25 min walk into Filey along the beach with the benefit of local amenities located in the nearby Primrose Valley holiday Park which is close enough for useful bars, restaurants and shops but not too close that it interrupts this house located on a private road away from holidaymakers.

This immaculate home from home has just been renovated and is ideal for staycations in a great location. Its fully equipped with huge superking beds, 85 inch Samsung TVs, electric reclining sofas, pool room, WIFI and modern light wall art. It has luxury linen and towels. It is very spacious with a huge garden and driveway with parking for four cars. Sea views from two of the bedrooms, it's less than 60 seconds walk to the beach and a nice walk along the sea front into Bridlington town centre.
