Accommodation: Our historic house from the 15th century is located in a quiet location in the old town of Krems / Donau-Stein. The approx. 30m2 apartment is located directly in Stein's old town - an ideal location for a visit to the various museums close by or a day trip with one of the many ships up the Danube valley - a UNESCO World Heritage Site. In addition, the vibrant city centre of Krems with its coffee shops, confectionaries and bars and the Campus Krems are within walking distance.

Anything but ordinary, the Szilágyi manor is the last thing that remains of the more than 400-year-old Zwerbach palace complex. After 4 years of careful renovation, the manor now serves as an oasis of calm and well-being for lovers, couples, friends and the whole family. With our 3 apartments, each with their own entrance, individual couples or small group families / friends have maximum privacy. Von der Unterkunft aus lässt es sich bestens zu den verschiedensten Ausflügen aufbrechen: in die Wachau, nach Krems oder ins Waldviertel. Aber auch die Hauptstadt Wien liegt nur eine Stunde entfernt.

The apartment is located in the heart of Waidhofen an der Ybbs, the pearl of the Ybbstal, and is the ideal starting point for an adventure. Waidhofen captivates with a charming old town and beautiful surroundings in the foothills of the Alps, perfect for hiking, biking (Ybbstal bike path) and unwinding. Enjoy the cozy apartment in the listed house in the city center - view of the Ybbs river included. In summer you can cool off in the bathing area in front of the house.

Die Wohnung liegt direkt im Zentrum von Melk im 1. Stock eines barocken Bürgerhauses. sie ist 50 qm groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Küche und Waschraum mit Dusche Waschmuschel und WC. Auch ein Fön und ein Minitressor ist vorhanden. Vom Erkerwohnzimmer mit einer Holzdecke aus dem Jahre 1568 blicken sie direkt auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Stufen der Sechergasse neben dem Haus führen direkt zu unserem berühmten Stift Melk.

Mikrohaus in Krems-Süd

Auf Grund der positiven Erfahrungen als Airbnb Hosts, haben wir 2020-2022 den kleinsten Stadl auf unserem Grundstück in ein Tinyhouse umgebaut. Wir haben alles selbst geplant und gebaut und hoffen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und die Zeit in Krems und der Wachau genießen werden! Auf wenigen qm, bietet das kleine Haus alles was man für einen gemütlichen Aufenthalt braucht. Bezaubernde Terrasse inkludiert! Herzlich Willkommen!
