Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

The apartment (67 m2/720 ft2) is located on the first floor. There is bed accommodation for three people with a seperate kitchen and bathroom. Het appartement heeft een 2 persoons-slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer en een volledig uitgeruste woonkeuken met uitgang naar de mooie tuin. De slaapkamer heeft twee aparte bedden 90 breed. Aan de straat kant is een eigen ingang.

Tiny House: 'The Henhouse' in Geervliet

A lovely old (1935) Hen House is the basis of this little studio (Tiny House). It is self supporting and is situated in Geervliet, a lovely old little town, very near the beaches of Hellevoetsluis, Rockanje and Oostvoorne. Also the medieval city Brielle is very nearby. We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

De vakantiewoning is gevestigd, in een oude stal. De boerderij is gelegen in het buitengebied van Rotterdam in een oud buurtschap genaamd 'De Kandelaar'. Hier wonen slechts 30 mensen en het is de perfecte spot midden in de natuur tussen de (grote) steden Rotterdam, Schiedam en Delft. De perfecte plek om de stad en natuur te combineren! Onze boerderij ligt op slechts 5km vanaf Schiedam, 8km vanaf Delft en 12km vanaf Rotterdam en 30 minuten (met de auto) vanaf het strand.
