HOWEVER, we are not in the hotel district. The closest hotel is 2 blocks away, so be aware of the location when booking.

King/queen beds are very comfortable (not extremely soft, definitely not firm). The dining and living rooms are open spaces so one can eat and visit without missing a moment.

Our Farm House On the Hill is a quite, peaceful house located on our Family Farm. Our location is perfect for cross-country travelers only a few minutes away from the Interstate. It is also conveniently located a short distance from Cabot, Jacksonville & Little Rock. We are a working farm so during your stay you could experience calves being born or hay being baled. We are also pet and livestock friendly. We do have the capabilities to stable or pasture your livestock during your stay.

Located within walking distance of Arkansas Children's Hospital and the Central High School National Historic Site and within a 5 minute drive of downtown, and UAMS.

It was completely renovated as a certified historic rehabilitation in 2007, and is meticulously maintained. Sit on the front porch with a cup of coffee while watching the sheep, goats, and horses graze. Sit on the back porch at night during the summertime and watch the beautiful fireflies! This is a place to relax and unwind from the the hustle and bustle while enjoying a little taste of farm life.

Historic Carriage House in SOMA

This is a NO-Smoking anywhere on the property. Please message me if your traveling with dogs. There is a $20 pet fee per stay for a maximum of two dogs. Located in a residential neighborhood in the SOMA district of downtown Little Rock, this original carriage house sits behind it's main house, both built in 1904. My place is an easy walk to bars, restaurants and shops. There is a dog and people park a few blocks away. Check in: 4pm Checkout: 11am.

The Layover

The Layover is a located in the up and coming neighborhood of Pettaway and is located on the property of the main home. It's a 7 minute drive to the airport, 10 minute walk to the bustling area of SOMA, a 5 minute walk to MacArthur Park, and many more convenient close destinations. It's perfect if you have a quick stay in Little Rock or just need a place to rest and relax.
