We are conveniently located 0.5 miles from the entrance to the fair as well as the Katy trail. We have a cozy 2 bedroom 1.5 bath unit with a 70” tv that can fit 4 individuals comfortably. Hungry? We are located 1 block away from Sonic, Subway, two Mexican and a Chinese restaurants. McDonald’s, Burger-King, TacoBell, Dominoes and Pizza Hut are less than a mile away.

The house and grounds are clean and well kept, and are just 3 1/2 miles from the city limits. We offer many amenities. Kitchen is fully equipped. 1 king bed, 1 queen, plus a queen hide-a-bed couch in the living room. Laundry facilities. No step entry into the house, all doorways are 36 inches wide, open concept living /dining space.

Built in 1954 by our Grandpa, this custom home features wood floors, built-in bookcases, and windows galore. Mom still talks about her dad losing sleep when building this house, as the original owners requested an Upside-Down Roof. Amazing home for 71 years old! Must see!
