The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

A lovely one bedroom flat with plenty of parking for cars and large vehicles (horse boxes, kart trailers etc). Conveniently located 1.5 miles off the A1, six miles north of Grantham. It’s an ideal base for visiting Belton House, Belvoir Castle, Burghley House, Lincoln, Newark and Nottingham. Very convenient for PGL Caythorpe, Stubton Hall, Newark showground and competing at Arena UK or PFI Karting circuit. There are lovely walks in the surrounding countryside directly from the back door.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Little Acres is a first floor self-contained apartment situated in a quiet village on the edge of the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire / Lincolnshire border. Just a 2-minute drive from the A1, 5 minutes from Belvoir Castle and a stones throw from the A52. The Apartment is ideal for 2 people, but can sleeps up to 4. Entry is through a shared utility area (separate to our house) and a private stair case leads to the apartment. We also offer private off road parking for one car.
