The guest house is completely separate and private, from our home, which is 50 feet away, and it was newly built in 2022.

The perfect little getaway situated near 2 lakes with public beaches and boat launches with in a short 3 minute walking distance a short drive to Parry sounds 7 minutes away. there’s Restaurants near by and there’s also a 24 hour convenient store/gas station near by! The locations very nice to relax and explore what the area has to offer.

Within walking distance to everything the town has to offer: 0.5KM to the Bobby Orr Community Centre, a 10 minute walk to the Trestle Brewery and 1 km from the harbour. Carol's Cottage has been carefully updated to pay homage to Georgian Bay, its history and how its geography has helped shape this beautiful town.
