Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Hauptbahnhof, Köflacher Bahnhof und Straßenbahn liegen ums Eck, ebenso sämtliche Nahversorger. Drei E-Ladestationen stehen direkt vor dem Haus bereit. Die Maisonette-Penthouse-Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG des Wohnhauses und verfügt mit 3 Zimmern über ca. 75 m² an Nettowohnfläche. Darüber hinaus punktet die Penthouse-Wohnung mit einer großzügigen Dachterrasse mit ca. 40 m². Parkplatzmöglichkeiten inkl. einer E-Ladestation sind ebenso gegeben. Das Penthouse befindet sich in einer der am meisten befahrenen Straßen in Graz - der Kärntner Straße - kur vor Seiersberg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.

La habitacion tiene en verano temperaturas agradable. Los hospuedes pueden usar tambien la terrassa. Hay un possibilidad de un poco futbol con pequenos goles en el jardin afuera de la casa. Teneomos tambien la possibilidad de alquilar 1 o 2 bicicledtas.

Mitten im Zentrum gelegen, gelangst du zum Hauptplatz ebenso wie zum hippen Lendplatz in 5min zu Fuß. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Die Straßenbahn und Bushaltestelle sind 2min entfernt, in 10min bist du am Hauptbahnhof. Mitten im Leben, trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen und ladet zum Wohnen und/oder Arbeiten ein.

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.
