The chalet is fully insulated with reverse cycle AC and a wood fire (one night complimentary firewood). Bookings of more than two people will have access to the second bedroom.

The Studio is adjacent to the main house but private at the front of the property, you won't be disturbed.

Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

Surrounded by beautiful scenic walks through the karri forests on inlet. See the wild life from large decking area. ( Not suitable for unsupervised children as it has a high decking and the house is built on granite )

Foxtrot Flats Farm

Welcome to Foxtrot Flats - a secluded farm and small unassuming house which is entirely yours for the duration of your stay. The property is 45 acres, most of which is beautiful Karri and Marri forest with 5 acres of pasture to support a l mixture of cows, goats, sheep and horses. Enjoy the serene views from the covered deck all year round. This is a great place to find that rural serenity and space to unwind.
