Little Lodge is a comfortable self contained small house, perfect for a relaxing leisure break or for working away from home. Upstairs it has a large bedroom with en-suite bathroom and king size bed. Inkpen Cottage, just like "the holiday" film, with annexe and extension making it very stylish and quirky. Located at the highest point of the beautiful village of Inkpen just below Combe Gibbett and the Berkshire Downlands. Swallows' Nest is a 2 bedroom stable/barn conversion. It is situated in the heart of a working farm in the beautiful village of Wilton near Marlborough. The Cottage is sat in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty where the Pewsey Vale meets the North Wessex Downs. The farm is criss - crossed with footpaths, bridleways and open grass pastures so hiking, running, riding and picnicking are easy to come by, as well as home to Ponies, pigs, alpacas, emus and other farmyard animals.

The accommodation comprises of an open plan bedroom and sitting area with a kingsize bed, sofa & TV. There is an integrated kitchen and a separate bathroom. The annexe over looks the garden and private drive in a quaint rural village less than 10 minutes drive from Hungerford. The village is surrounded by rolling countryside and boasts a fantastic local pub.

Shalbourne is a beautiful village about 3 miles from Hungerford and 8 miles from Marlborough and in an area of outstanding natural beauty. We have a friendly village pub which has a large and varied menu and a village shop which serves delicious fresh coffee and pastries. The Annexe is a comfortable twin-bedded studio set in our 2 acre garden which has far reaching views over the surrounding countryside. There are great walks and cycle rides from our front door.

During the colder months enjoy a cold plunge, beneficial for body and mind. Ease your aches and muscles in the hot tub. Please note: you are using the pool and hot tub at your own risk, there is no life guard! Please watch children and non swimmers in the pool and hot tub at all times.
