When my husband & I first saw this house, I knew it was the perfect place to escape to do my favorite thing - read. I designed it with that in mind. I could see myself reading in front of the wood-burning stove. Reading on the martini deck with coffee in hand. Reading in the afternoon light in the loft or outside on the deck. Located in the heart of Waldo, walking distance to restaurants, bakeries and bars. Brookside/Plaza are minutes away. I hope you love it as much as I do, I know you will.

Where's Waldo? - Garage Loft

This tiny loft apartment is located in an old neighborhood with big trees, and just a short walk away from Waldo shops, restaurants and bars. Easy travel to Westport, Country Club Plaza, Crossroads, River Market, Power & Light, and many more super fun KC gems. The apartment is in the space that once was our old garage, so it's attached to our home. You have a separate and private entrance, full bath with an amazing shower, a small kitchen with appliances, and a loft bedroom with ladder access.

Unwind at this art-filled, newly renovated townhouse minutes from restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Two king bedrooms with smart TVs make for a great getaway for two couples or a small family. Welcome to The Saloon. This 600 sq feet space is perfect for those who need a quick getaway or traveling through Kansas City. Located just 15 minutes from the Power & Light District, 22 minutes from Arrowhead Stadium, and 20 minutes from MCI Airport. This space has no access to thermostat, (the space does have heat) - we do provide a space heater, as some guests have complained about being too cold when really cold days/nights.

Located close to shopping malls, various food restaurants, fun interesting places to visit & adventure while accommodating both corporate business and leisure. We invite you to stay in our beautiful, independent, and private in-law suite (we do live upstairs). There is an outdoor patio with hanging lights and seating in a fenced backyard. Very close to beautiful Shawnee Mission Park. One exit from Lenexa City Center. We are about 10 minutes from the Kansas City Speedway and Children’s Mercy Park and 20 minutes from Downtown Kansas City.

Enjoy the eclectic style of this one bedroom suite on the lower level of our home with a private entrance. We offer a full galley kitchen with a few of our favorites for snacking. Our space is nestled on our Hobby Farm. We are minutes from I-435 & I-70.
