This spacious home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one downstairs), kitchen, living/dining room and additional sitting room with doors to the garden. It is at the end of a no-through lane a few minutes walk from the town. It has a secure back garden and free parking right outside the house. It’s a stones throw from Holt Country Park and a short drive from some amazing beaches on the North Norfolk Coast.

Very popular, excellent value stunning clean contemporary open plan holiday home with shower room downstairs + luxury roll-top bath upstairs & fun mezzanine for children +8yr age. Property sleeps 2/3 adults in King size and or quality foldup memory foam single bed. 2/3 kids can sleep either in mez or further mattress. Well behaved dogs accepted free-of-charge. Bedding & towels included in the price quoted. Eg. No additional costs.

Mousey's Mews, a fab new Norfolk retreat

Mousey's Mews is a lovely place to come to enjoy the seaside. We love Sheringham & hope you will too. Comfortable beds, free parking & all mod cons including dishwasher, washer drier, WiFi & enclosed patio will help make your stay a great one. You'll hear the steam train whistle before it sets off & are just a hop, skip & a jump from town and the beach. We’ve done some painting and decorating over winter, added a new tiled floor in the bathroom & changed the sofas so hope you’ll love it.

This delightful and newly renovated house is located in a quiet, but central location in the heart of the historic North Norfolk market town, Holt. Just a few seconds stroll from the busy Byfords restaurant cafe and situated in the centre of the town and its multitude of shops and local attractions, this is the perfect bolthole getaway.  There is private parking for one vehicle. The cottage offers a perfect living space for a families or a couple. Note: This is a non-smoking property.

Each floor has a bathroom, including a bath and ground floor walk in shower. Our fully equipped kitchen includes range cooker, washing machine and fridge freezer. There is a smart TV, WiFi and Netflix, a separate dining room, pretty garden room and private garden with tiled area and outdoor furniture.
