As featured in series 10 of BBC's 'Shetland', Spindrift is deal for those who enjoy beaches, walks, birdwatching and dramatic cliffs. 'Spindrift' is a traditional white 2-bedroom cottage situated almost on a sheltered sandy beach. Levenwick is conveniently located on the South Mainland of Shetland, half way between Lerwick and Sumburgh Airport and close to many attractions. It has a regular bus service. From Spindrift you can stroll to the beach, launch boats from the sand and take cliff walks.

Waddle Self Catering

The Waddle is a traditional Shetland croft house, refurbished to offer a homely and comfortable stay for guests. Situated in a peaceful, quiet, remote location just over a mile from the nearby village of Walls, tucked in under the hill overlooking a sea-loch, it's a perfect place to enjoy Shetlands wildlife, scenery, peace and freedom. The Waddle is situated on an active croft. We have approximately 250 sheep with lambing in the spring, silage baling in the summer and feeding in the winter.

A scenic, relaxing setting to get away from it all and a great base for exploring Shetland. With magnificent sea views, Driftwood provides beautiful coastal walks from your doorstep. During the summer months, your nearest neighbours are Shetland ponies who may peer over the fence to say hello. There's plenty of outdoor space to enjoy watching local wildlife along the shoreline.

South Lodberrie

Lodberries: (Old Norse, hladberg, a landing rock) were used as waterfront stores. A short walk from the town centre and harbour. Historic setting & unique layout, built into the sea. Main rooms look directly over the water & rocky beach, directly opp the house famed as the home of DI Jimmy Perez in "Shetland". Fern Cottage is a beautiful, detached, 4 bedroom home, which was recently renovated to the highest standard. Enjoy uninterrupted sea views and spectacular sun sets overlooking Scalloway, Foula and outlying islands. This centrally-located house is ideally placed to explore the Shetland Isles with Scalloway within walking distance and Lerwick within a 10 minute drive. Relax watching the variety of wildlife from otters to orca's. This beautiful, ever changing view is one of Shetlands finest.

A cosy stone built cottage, circa 1800, in a superb location on the outskirts of Lerwick. Gorgeous sea view, with the Sands of Sound beach just down the road and great access to coastal walks. Easy walking distance to Tesco and the Clickimin Leisure Complex, with Lerwick town centre only 1.25 miles away. There's a well equipped kitchen with a pully for drying clothes and also a good size living room. Mavine Cottage is a great base from which to explore all Shetland has to offer.
