胡乱座（ウロンザ）の家屋は1897年（明治30年）に建てられました。 京町家と呼ばれる伝統家屋です。 2007年に文化財登録されました。 125年以上前の自然環境や生活習慣や文化に合わせて建てられた建物です。 つまり現代の気候や生活習慣や考え方とは合わない部分が多いです。 失われていく建物に滞在することで、お客様自身が(伝統家屋の「良さ」「悪さ」も含め)見て、触れて、感じて、考える体験型のゲストハウスです。 快適で便利で充実したサービスを求める人には不向きです。 そして静かに過ごしたい人のためのゲストハウスです。

Kyokoi·Hanare A renovated century-old Kyoto machiya preserving its original wooden beams and a beautiful garden.
