A modern peaceful house with a pretty garden and free parking offering to book a stay for up to 2 Guests . Guests will use the entire house minus one locked private Host's bedroom . The Host will not be present in the House. The Guests will stay in a double bedroom upstairs to the right with 1 double bed and 1 single folding bed ( to be used as required ) There an allocated to the house 1 free parking space marked '60' Children under 12 years old are not allowed due to safety hazards .

The bathroom is just next door, off the kitchen with towels, mats and toiletries provided. There are buses running from directly outside & perfect for both universities.

Bread, milk, jams + butter also provided. Guests can use barbecue facilities Smokers welcome but outside. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats, birds and chickens so animal lovers are more than welcome. The house is close to the Weston Shore and a 5 minute car journey from the city centre. Buses are regular.

There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.
