Surrounded by fields, our poolhouse is set away from the main house. Providing the ideal base for business and leisure guests. Well placed for the many regional attractions. Inside there is a large, light reception area overlooking pool terrace, galley kitchen, lobby, wet room, basement TV room with large modular sofas/optional beds, and a galleried mezzanine - please note that the sleeping platform has steep, space-saver stairs and restricted headroom which may not be suitable for all guests.

The Coach House is set in the grounds of Bredon Manor. Bredon village (two pubs, a shop) a short walk away; Cheltenham, Malvern and the Cotswolds villages a short drive. The Coach House makes up part of Bretforton Manor, a Grade II-listed Jacobean estate that’s a 10-minute drive from Chipping Campden in the picturesque north Cotswolds. We only have the one property which is luxurious and very spacious for two people. Guests have access to our incredible facilities (5 acres of grounds with an indoor swimming pool, which is open April to Sept and a tennis court). Bretforton is a brilliant base to explore the Cotswolds, Stratford upon Avon, Oxford.

Swallows Cottage is a peaceful Peak District retreat, two miles from Ashbourne, with a log burner and a rare private heated outdoor pool (June–August). Walk from the door to Dovedale and the Tissington Trail, or enjoy five acres of gardens with croquet, table tennis and a Wendy House. Inside are French antiques, original art, OKA furnishings, pure cotton linen and fibre Wi-Fi. Chatsworth is 30 minutes away. One small dog welcome. Summer pool dates book early.

The Property is within easy access of the M6 and a short into Stone Town Centre which has lovely bars and restaurants. Moodershall Oaks Spa is close by to book a relaxing massage.
