This Cottage is Limited for a Couple!!! The center village & beach 4-minute walk Some evenings you can fall asleep to the soothing sound of the ocean waves crashing ashore!! (depending on wind) Central heat/air, Flat screen TV/Gas grill/ Patio table chairs A little slice of heaven!!

Yet you will have complete privacy with separate parking as well as separate entrance and your own outdoor deck. The neighborhood is 3 acre zoning. It is secluded and quiet with many pine trees, oak and sassafras trees.

Convenient to restaurants, bars, shopping and everything town offers. Queen bed in master and single in second bedroom. Couch in living room is a pullout as well as option for blow up mattress.
