In the spacious lounge area is dining table and large sofa that can be mad, again an internet TV Outside is a patio area with table and chairs. Ulverston the festival town is just 25 minutes' drive away. There is also a petrol station/shop 20min walk/2min drive. Grange over Sands is a lovely town to visit and have a wander along the promonade over looking the bay.

Nestling in a quiet rural setting Hilderstone Stable was converted recently into a contemporary high quality 2 bed cottage. 5 mins north of J35 M6. This cottage is ideally located for exploring the Lake District, Arnside/Silverdale AONB, Leighton Moss and Yorkshire Dales. The settlement of Hilderstone can be traced back to the 13th century. The barn was built originally in c1750. There is still a working farm as part of the 200 acre Hilderstone Farm. A great base for outdoor activities.

It's located in the village of Allithwaite, just 1.5 miles from the picturesque Cartmel, famous for its races and wonderful pubs, and restaurants. There is a driveway for easy parking. The rear garden, shared with the main house, has comfortable furniture. The single owner has the main house, though she is often away. Local amenities include a corner shop and a pub.

Gressingham is a small, picturesque village and makes the perfect location for walkers, cyclists and those wanting a country break.
