Uphill on the way up (15 min walking unless you are super fit) through secret paths for the more adventurous. Restaurants, supermarkets, windsurfing, 5min by car or 19min walking. We answer all your questions and help in any way possible!

Παρέχει ένα καταπράσινο χώρο 500 τ.μ., με έναν κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένο χώρο για πραγματική ξεκούραση. Η τοποθεσία είναι κυριολεκτικά ξεχωριστή καθώς βρίσκεται κοντά και ταυτόχρονα μακριά απ'τους πολλούς.Για λιγους....

Quiet Nest #1

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consist 1 big bedroom, 1 Sofa bed (double), bathroom, big fully equiped kitchen, aircondition and a balcony. The location is very convenient because you can go within 10 minutes on the best beaches (lagonissi, trani ammouda,Vourvourou etc) The village center is in a close distance by foot, where you will find, bakeries, pastry shops, restaurants, traditional cafes, Medical Center, police station, pharmacies, Post Office etc.

Contra Mare Villa (60 meters by the sea)

An exceptional summer villa of 55sq.m. beautifully equipped & furnished with two bedrooms,2 bathrooms(internal&external shower),as well as a living room & kitchen. Contra Mare constitutes an ideal destination surrounded by a big green courtyard just 60 meters away from beautiful Trani Ammouda that has been given the status as a “Blue Flag” beach in front of an impressive view of Mount Athos! Located in Lagonisi in Chalkidiki, our house “Apanema” offers guests an unforgettable holiday in a secluded, hidden paradise! Enjoy the peace and quiet of nature, in a place where the green of pine trees meets the turquoise blue of the sea. Escape the crowds and swim in crystal clear waters at the pristine, golden sand beaches, which are just a short walk from the house. Explore the surrounding area, or simply relax in our garden.

Athina's house

Athina’s house is a very cozy place near Nikiti Beach. It is a maisonette.The distance from beach is about 5 minutes by foot and more especially 200m.The nearest airport is Thessaloniki Airport, 67 km from the accommodation. Super markets, restaurants and all you need is very close from the house.Athina’s house is in an excellent location near the beach and also very quiet, ideal for vacation.

Elia, the private off grid island

You wake up, the sun is rising behind mount Athos. You enjoy a cup of coffee, while the dolphins jump on the horizon. You walk to the beach and the only thing you can hear is the sea. You cook outside, watching the boats passing by and the seagulls chasing the fish. Now, it's time for drawings and board games. Finally, you have a glass of wine, waiting for the moon to rise behind the hills.

Chrysanthemum is a one-storey, independent house, under the tennis court n the compound NIKOMARIA. It is on a height of 60 m and the view to the sea is spectacular. Nikomaria is away from mass tourism, and it is surrounded by a green garden full of trees and flowers. It is ideal for quiet and relaxing vacation in a natural environment.
