The Westside Stay in Mount Vernon puts you close to it all! Minutes from Downtown Mount Vernon, close to the action for Tulip season, and walking distance to a river access point. This house sleeps 4, with a queen bed and a bunk bed, so bring your family and enjoy all the amenities Skagit Valley has to offer. The property has a fully fenced yard (we welcome well-behaved dogs with added fee) and covered back patio with beautiful custom cut deck boards. Close access parking for up to two vehicles.

Come stay at our newly remodeled family lake cabin located on Cain Lake. Extra love was put into this place as it has been passed down the generations. Open concept from the kitchen to the dining room into the living room overlooking the lake. Extra family room perfect for game night. Venture outside to the large deck surrounded by bliss. Take it all in down at the large dock with views of the rest of the lake. This cabin is not perfect but is dear to our heart so please treat it like your own.

Coal Creek Cottage (hot tub, dog and kid friendly)

Coal Creek Cottage is a peaceful, private, dog and kid-friendly retreat perfect for couples or small families looking for easy access to the North Cascades! The cottage is situated on a quiet road just 7 minutes east of Sedro Woolley and 15 minutes from I-5. It comfortably sleeps 1-6. Inside there is a full kitchen, high speed internet, 2 Smart TVs for streaming, and laundry. Outside boasts separate driveway, private patio, and a fenced play yard with firepit. We are about 1 hour from the NCNP.

Located in a quiet rural neighborhood less than ten minutes from I-5 and all the amenities of town (including popular eateries and shopping).

Thompson Cottage

Our sweet little cottage has recently been updated with laminate floors, new trim, doors, butcher block counter tops and back splash. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee from the Keurig in the morning and snuggle up on the large sectional with a movie in the evening. All of our bedding is cotton and the queen bed has a memory foam topper on it. Recently built fence separates the yard for privacy. Lots of love went into creating this cozy, happy place for guests to stay.

Located on the West side of Mount Vernon, it is minutes from I-5, yet situated on a 40-acres of farmland, next to an original barn and behind the main farmhouse. Good WiFi for work, ramp access and a ground-level hide-a-bed. Large West-facing deck and hot tub to enjoy sunsets.
