Reconnect with loved ones in this quiet family-friendly place. Airy & light apartment with beautiful sea views ideal for families and friends, accommodating up to 7 people. All 3 village beaches easily reachable within 10 minutes by foot. Traditional taverns, 2 mini-markets & a children's playground are all within a 5 min walk! 2 double bedrooms with balconies & ensuite bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dinner table and a 2-seated sofa. There are also 3 extra beds in the living room area.

SeaShell Apartment

SeaShell is a 75m`2 apartment at village Skala Maries on Thasos Island. Is in the centre of the village and 50-70m from the main beach. Also nearby at same distance there are SuperMarket, Restaurants, Pharmacy, Caffes. Parking space is for one car at house main entrance. There are 2 more beaches very close (150m -200m) accessible by foot. Both of our two balconies have Sea and Sunset view. This apartment is not available for parties. We available 24h/d for every info or serve you want.

Απολαύστε το γεύμα σας στη μεγάλη βεράντα με θέα το Αιγαίο, χαλαρώστε στον κήπο ή ψήστε στο BBQ. Οι παροχές περιλαμβάνουν Wi-Fi, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο πιάτων και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ. Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται πάνω στον κεντρικό δρόμο.

Το διαμέρισμα 80τ.μ που βλέπετε στις φωτογραφίες βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο της οικίας μου στα Λιμενάρια της όμορφης Θάσου(περιοχή Άρμενο).Απέχει 200 μέτρα από οργανωμένη παραλία.Πρόκειται για έναν πλήρως λειτουργικό χώρο,κατάλληλο να φιλοξενήσει μια πολυμελή οικογένεια. Το εσωτερικό αποτελείται από μια σαλονοκουζίνα,2 υπνοδωμάτια και 1 μπάνιο. Διαθέτει:ΤV,wifi,πλυντήριο,ψυγειοκαταψύκτη,κλιματισμό και ανεμιστήρες οροφής. To μπάρμπεκιου λειτουργεί κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Ευρύχωρο ισόγειο μονοκατοικίας, ανεξάρτητο, με δική του είσοδο, εύκολο και δωρεάν πάρκινγκ μπροστά στο σπίτι. 200m από supermarket Lidl και πλησίον soupermarket Μασούτη. 5' με τα πόδια από την παραλία της Νέας Ηρακλείτσας (βραβείο Γαλάζια Σημαία). 2' με το αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό, όπου θα βρείτε ταβέρνες και θα κάνετε μια βόλτα στο γραφικό λιμανάκι όπου δένουν σκάφη αναψυχής. 5km από την παραλία των Αμμολόφων με τη χαρακτηριστική ψιλή άμμο. 15km δυτικά της Καβάλας.
