Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Dream place by the lake

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Övre Järkholmen

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende med utsikt som sträcker sig över hela askimsfjorden ända ut till Tistlarna. Här kan ni sitta och studera naturen, skärgården, höra måsarnas skri till morgonkaffet och gå ner och ta ett morgondopp det första ni gör. Barnen kan röra sig fritt i området då det inte finns någon direkt trafik, istället är det fina naturområden runt knuten. Här finns närheten till Göteborgs centrum(14min), stillheten och fina bad. STÄDNING utförs av gästen, men man kan köpa till städning för 3000:- sek

Welcome to a house that is suitable for one or more families who want to enjoy unique nature near the sea! House 132 m2 is located on the cape Sönnerbergen on Onsala and borders the nature reserve Mönster. Guest cottage with double bed, toilet, outdoor shower and sauna with sea view included. Terrace with dining area (barbecue) with sea views directly outside the kitchen. Walking distance to several bathing spots around the area. 4 miles to Gothenburg, 1.9 miles to Kungsbacka.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Huset har 3 sovrum och 5 sängplatser. Huset passar också bra för boende vid arbete och längre vistelser. Bo avskilt men med närhet till Göteborg och Liseberg. Öresundståget stannar 10 min promenad från tomten och tar dig in till Göteborg på 30 min. Du kan även ta tåget till Varberg. Avstånd till närmaste badplats är 4km. Rymligt hus med uteplats och inglasad veranda. Städning görs av hyresgästen.

Koppla av i vårt gästhus på vår gård med skogen som granne i natursköna Förlanda, ni har nära till sjön Lygnern som har fantastiska vandringsleder i fin bokskog. Ni bor lugnt och vaknar upp till fågelkvitter utanför fönstret och varför inte starta dagen med en kaffe på altanen. Är stugan bokad eller ni kanske är ett större sällskap så kolla min andra annons då vi har en nybyggd lägenhet på samma gård.

Koppla av med hela familjen i lantlig idyll mellan Varberg och Kungsbacka. Hämta dina frukostägg i hönsgården (under värpsäsong) och gosa med gårdens djur. Bo i en stuga på 60kvm som har alla bekvämligheter för mysiga grillkvällar med familjen på den stora altanen som vetter ner mot dalen där både hästar och kor betar. Flertalet olika badstränder inom 10min med bil. Beläget ca 40min från Gbg.
