Your new minimalistic apartment at Nova terasa estate offers comfort stay for up to 2 persons. It is located in a new estate just minutes within downtown. Place is fully furnished (kitchen appliances, wi-fi, Antik- TV, build in wall speakers etc.) and is ready for your stay. Free parking is provided in designated space just near front door. Safety of the property and guests is provided by private security company. Copy of an ID/passport may be required BEFORE a reservation is to be confirmed.

Studio is ideal for 2 people with private entrance. It is tiny but very cosy. It has small terrace at the entrance, own gazebo with charcoal barbecue, seating and dinning outdoor area. It is in a complex of another 2 apartments. You can reserve the time for Sauna and jacuzzi and use it in privacy. The usual times to book are: 17:00-18:30 18:45-20:15 20:30-22:00 From 10pm to 6am there is a quiet time indoors and outdoors. Please respect it. We do not allow any laud parties or celebrations.

Hi :) I’m offering you to stay in a lovely non-smoking studio (34 sq m, no balcony) in the city centre with a river Danube view - your Bratislava home :) Great holiday feel, especially in the summer. 10 minute walk to the historical part of the city.
