Forestgrove is a Georgian House built in 1837, in a quiet street five minutes walk to Kelso town centre. This is a perfect base to explore the Scottish Borders . Access from the house door you will have the entire basement floor complete with bedroom with shower, separate lounge/living room and WC. There is no kitchen but Tea,coffee and other items are provided free of charge .Couples with small baby or toddler welcome. For extra persons there is a sofa bed available £25 extra charge for linen.

Set in glorious countryside just north of Kelso, with panoramic views towards the village of Smailholm, our charming cottage is tastefully furnished to provide a comfortable base from which to explore. Kelso, 6 miles, set on the River Tweed has interesting and individual shops and eateries, an abbey, racecourse and ice rink. Excellent cycling, fishing and walking in the Eildon Hills, access to two 18 hole golf courses, with kids activities at Floors Castle, Harestanes, Thirlestane Castle nearby.

Highfield commands an elevated position giving panoramic views of Selkirk and the surrounding hills. Situated on The Borders Abbey Way there is easy access to excellent walking and cycling routes. For the more adventurous we are a short drive to great mountain biking routes at Innerleithen and Peebles. Melrose & Tweedbank railway station is a 10 min drive, Edinburgh is just under an hour away.

Whitehill Cottage is the first of the buildings we’ve brought back to life as a rural retreat. We've restored this nearly 200 year old cottage sympathetically, retaining its rustic charm whilst offering a touch of luxury. We're dog friendly (well behaved dogs only, fees apply) and can accommodate up to four adults (not suitable for children or infants).
