Completely new farmhouse-style apartments with a small garden spot overlooking a lakeside park is a perfect fit for those who want to be in the center of it all and look for a cozy private place to stay after an active day outside. Our house is situated in the middle of the meadow at the beginning of the small village Modrejce, just a few steps away from the lake. The apartment, which is separated from our flat, is on the left side of the house and can accommodate up to 5 people. It has everything you need for a perfect vacation! We are a family of 5 - everyone with different interests, but all connected to our beautiful nature. Therefore, we can help you find something you enjoy - at our house or in Soča Valley!

Best Lake View Apartment

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

The Jezernica creek, which flows past the house, creates a pleasant babbling sound. The small kitchen is spacious enough for you to prepare homemade teas and proper Slovenian coffee. Making yourself one of these drinks, you can relax on a lovely terrace with a view of the neighbouring pasture where horses graze.

The apartment house is located on the outskirts of Tolmin, just above Tolminka river. It has three bedrooms, kitchen and dining room, living room with extra beds, bathroom and balcony. From the balcony there is beautiful view towards the Tolminka river and surrounding mountains. In the kitchen there are available electric cooker, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. Additionally, washing machine is available. The rooms are air-conditioned with satellite LCD TV.
