Tartu kesklinnas maja neljandal korrusel asuv ühetoaline korter, kuhu külalised pääsevad hõlpsasti bussiga (1,1km) või rongiga (950m). Autoga tulles saate parkida samasse tänava äärde. Tasuline parkimine on tööpäeviti 8-18, muul ajal tasuta. Samuti meil tasuta kiire internet ning ligidal bussipeatus. Jalutage 5-minutit Riia mäest alla ja olete kohe kesklinnas! P.S. Tasteful 2-room apartment located in the brand new development on the 6th floor offering beautiful views of the river. Free parking in front of the house. A large grocery store is just a two-minute walk away, the city center a 5-minute drive away. Ideal location if you want to be close to the city centre, but a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment also has all the little amenities: from a coffee machine to a hairdryer. Come visit and you'll never want to leave!

Mõnus oma rõduga korter linnakärast veidi eemal, kuid Lõunakeskus ja Selver on vaid lühikese jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Hea bussiühendus linnaga. Korteri lähedal väike metsatukk, kus saab ka natuke linnulaulu nautida ja jalutada. A great apartment with balcony. Not in the city center but Lõunakeskus with different stores, cinema and restaurants is very near (ca 10-15min walk). Also small forest, where it is very nice to have a little walk and enjoy a little bit of Estonian nature:)

Our cozy 40 m2 studio-guesthouse is on the 2nd floor with a beautiful view to the garden. It has kitchen area, a bathroom with shower, balcony and free parking. Large sofa opens up to accomodate a whole family! You'll find everything you need in the room. City center is 30 min walk away or you can take a bus. We also have 2 large friendly dogs but they are separated with a garden gate.

The house is situated 2 km outside Tartu in a picturesque location with the view to the woods and surrounded by 2064m² of lawn. You can enjoy barbeque, go to sauna, swim in the pond, listen to good music with your own pleasant company. There is plenty of room for free parking. Decent discgolf course is in the backyard!

Selles rahulikus ja stiilses kohas saad mõnusalt lõõgastuda. Toome välja, et voodi madrats on keskmiselt tugevam, mis pakub kogu kehale tugevat tuge. Korteris on eraldi magamistuba ja köök. Ühendus kesklinnaga on väga hea: kesklinn on kõigest 10 minuti autosõidu kaugusel. Korter asub mugavalt esimesel korrusel.

Uus stiilne ühe magamistoaga korter kesklinnast 15min autosõidu kaugusel. Korter on avar ning suure rõduga , millel mõnus hommikupäikese käes kohvi juua. Korteris on olemas kõik vajalik, et end koduselt ja hästi tunda. Võimalik on pesta pesu, kokata ning nautida kiiret internetti.

Floating sauna on River Emajõgi

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).

The apartment is located 750 m from the center of Tartu and is in a new building. The apartment is located on the third floor. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home and well. Parking in a heated garage under the house.
