The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Hampton beach house Cowes

Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

Casa Frida Studio Moonlight cinema & pool

As you enter the ivy-covered Balinese gates, be prepared to be transported into another world! Also be prepared to walk the steps to the top. (70m incline) The view from the studio comes at a price and if you are prepared to walk the steps.... there's enormous gain when you reach the top. We have created a little tribute to our favorite places - Indonesia, Morocco, Spain and Mexico. If you are after a 5-star hotel stay - we don't recommend our property - Come for the experience of Casa Frida!

No shared areas.

MP is buzzing all year with amazing wineries, restaurants, markets & activities like cherry and strawberry picking.

Fabulous, totally quiet & private light-filled timber tiny house only metres from the best beach and cafes on the Mornington Peninsula and only an hour from Melbourne. 15 minutes' drive from the amazing Peninsula Hot Springs, fabulous wineries and endless golf courses. The Sweet Escape Balnarring

Nestled behind a large Oak tree and lush gardens, this charming two bedroom cottage is located on the Mornington Peninsula and is within walking distance to Balnarring Beach and shops. It has a country style kitchen with Coonara fireplace, two living areas and is ideally suited to four people, although it can accommodate up to five people This is a cat and dog friendly property. Here for the seaside? You’re a 3 minute drive from Balnarring Beach.

The Little House - 1 Queen bed, Netflix, Wi-Fi

The property is located in peaceful, residential area of Mount Eliza, backing on to a small Nature Reserve. The accommodation suits couples or singles (1 Queen size bed offered), well behaved pets are welcome. The guesthouse is in close proximity to the main residence but it is in separate building with it's own access through the side gate. Internet and Netflix available.
