A közelben bolt, étterem, cukrászda, játszótér is megtalálható. Kaposvári Aréna 200 méterre, Desedára vezető kerékpárút 500 méterre van. A lakás 2024-ben lett felújítva. Az apartman légkondicionált. Stylish house with 5 bedrooms, thought through by an interior designer, at Lake Balaton. The guest house is suitable for relaxation in all seasons, with heated outdoor pool, sauna and jacuzzi. It is the perfect place for groups of friends and family gatherings. All rooms have a large double bed, TV and private bathroom. The largest room can be extended with a sofa bed or a cot, and the well-kept courtyard is perfect for children to play in the sandpit or swing in the swings.

Libic: is not a faceless apartment, nor a cold luxury accommodation. This is our personal project, and we've put our hearts and souls into every corner of it. The house was designed and built by my father – the entire building preserves his handiwork and his love for nature. I am now working on beautifying and modernizing this legacy, while my wife, Juci, has made the spaces truly unique and artistic with her own paintings on the walls and a special on-site installation.
