Nära Vasatorp GK och bara 15 minuter till Helsingborg city och Väla. Tillgång till stor pool och jacuzzi. I ägarens hus finns tillgång till tvätt/tork och litet gym. Cyklar finns att låna. Elbilsladdare finns, sek 4.

Välkommen till kusten, till havet och det vackra. Detta boende ligger som ni kan se direkt vid havet. Boendet är modernt och välutrustat och sådant som kanske förgyller vistelsen är en stor egen bastu, utomhusjacuzzi med havsutsikt. Då huset ligger vid havet så finns egen brygga att bada ifrån. Vidare så finns det gasolgrill och ett par olika men stora altaner med fatboys och hängmatta. Till Sölvesborg tar det 10 min med bil och till Sölvesborgs GK, årets golfklubb, tar det också 10 minuter.

Fastigheten består av en huvudstuga och mindre spa-stuga med tillhörande stenlagd grillplats och spabad. Skärmtak och spalje runt grillplatsen och spabadet och stort trädäck runt omkring. Idylliskt skogsmiljö mitt i Skåne nära Ringsjön med obegränsade möjligheter för fiske, vandring, frisk luft, bad, utflykt och avkoppling.

Unique family cottage 8 min walk to the sea

Large, architect-designed cottage with 3 bedrooms and four double beds, a cozy living room, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a huge garden. There are multiple terraces, fruit trees,, swings, a trampoline and a grill. The small annex in the garden can be used as a shelter. The sand beach is just a short 700-meter walk away, and it is 5 km to Gilleleje and Rågeleje. Bikes can be borrowed by arrangement. The kitchen is stocked with oil, spices, coffee, and tea for your use.

Lovely and comfortable house near the beach. 200 m down a little gravel road and you are on the beach. Follow the path to the right along the coast and you are in the wood, go left and you come to Faxe Ladeplads, a lazy wonderful little town. Wide, sand beaches everywhere. Dejligt og komfortabelt hus tæt på stranden. 200 meter ned ad en lille grusvej og du står ved havet. Går du til højre kommer du ud i en smuk skov og til Fedet. Til venstre kommer du ind til Faxe Ladeplads.

Dejligt sommerhus i første række med fri udsigt over kattegat og danmarks flotteste solnedgang direkte fra terassen. Huset er fuldt møbleret med fuldt funktionelt køkken inkl opvasker, og der er står en grill på terassen. Der er 4 soveplader, og derudover er der en køjeseng der kun er egnet til mindre børn. Huset kommer med både sengelinned og håndklæder. Huset ligger direkte til en skrænt, så man skal gå 5 min for at komme til stranden, som er meget børnevenlig.

We offer a modern loft-like summer stay overviewing the sea within walking distance from the beach. The house consists of three rooms, one master bedroom with windows from floor to roof towards the fields, an additional bedroom with two single beds, and a living area with kitchen and lounge, also with windows covering the wall towards the garden. Outside there is a lawn, with barbecue and furniture for outdoor living, plus an outdoor shower.
