There are two beds; a queen bed with double mattress and a sofa bed with mattress topper for added comfort. There's cable TV, AppleTV and FIOS WIFI. A side entrance allows you to come and go as you please. It's 2.5 miles from the beach; hour walk or 10 min. drive. Please message me for alt date stays.

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. “Orchid” is my brand new guesthouse! Construction was completed in August 2023!! Guesthouse is located in the city of Gardena, just a few miles away from Manhattan Beach, Hermosa Pieer, Palos Verdes, Santa Monica, Venice Beach and many other wonderful tourists attractions. Also, San Diego Malibu. Laguna Beach Laguna Niguel, or in 1 to 2 hours away if you choose driving further down South. I am just a few minutes away and will advise and help with anything you need!!

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with private patio and direct access to the beach. Enjoy unlimited restaurants, ocean breeze and exciting local shopping. It's near, Palos Verdes, Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, and el Segundo. (No smoking or parties of any kind please) (There is another unit above you and even though Quite a lot of money was spent trying to fix it, it did not work 100%. You can’t still hear some noise.)

Lovely Highly rated Private guest house in the rear of our house with private access and private parking with AIr Conditioning just 1 1/2 blocks to the beach The area is very walk-able 3 mins to the beach and a few blocks to a beautiful dining and shopping area. We Provide Bikes, beach towels, boogie Boards, umbrella's etc. The guest house is a separate structure and fenced privately, with private access and parking. You wil love it ;-)
