Great studio living, with living room, bedroom, and dining area all combined in one large great room. Original exposed chestnut beams, and provide an airy and comfortable space to relax! We are a retired couple with two friendly hypoallergenic dogs Sadie and Zoey. We offer a cozy well maintained studio that has keyless entry. We follow Airbnb Covid-19 enhanced cleaning protocols. Both the kitchen and bath have necessary items including coffee maker. Living room has comfy couch with Hulu and Spectrum. We are on a quiet street walking distance to shops and restaurants. Tully is conveniently located between Syracuse and Cortland both of which can be reached in an easy 20min drive

My place is close to Oxford and Norwich NY .You’ll love my place because of Country living at its finest pond,stream, 20 acres,nature trails spectacular views from every window. Brand new beautiful custom kitchen with stainless steal appliance. Spa like bathroom. The price is based on double occupancy any additional guest will be charged $40 per guest per night Dog fee is $30 per dog maximum 2 dogs. Second sleeping space has no door w/2 twin beds bathroom is in between the 2 sleeping rooms

We are directly off the Cortland I-81 exit and are 30 minutes to Cornell, Ithaca and Syracuse. We are conveniently located near Greek Peak and other local ski areas. There is lots of state land around; great for hunters or hikers. Very convenient in the winter time for snowmobilers. Snowmobile trails are just down the road. Hosts are just up the road if you need assistance.
