Features a full kitchen, 2½ baths, & a primary suite with king bed, en-suite bath, &TV. Second bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. Third bedroom includes two twin beds. Important Notes: • Animal-free home due to medical allergies; no pets or animals permitted • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed • No spring breakers. In March, ALL guests must be minimum age 27 except families

The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

Recently renovated, it features fantastic outdoor living spaces, a barbecue area, and a relaxing hot tub. Enjoy spacious balconies with partial views of both the Gulf and the bay, perfect for catching the island’s famous fireworks shows. (Permit Number: 2023-0098) Pets are welcome but must be included on the guest list.

Hear the birds singing from the sanctuary next door and the bubbling backyard fountain surrounded by beautiful flowers as you relax in this unique rustic/industrial/eclectic space with gorgeous bay sunset views and a private front row seat to fireworks over the bay. This is our happy place, and we are glad to share it with you during the months we are not enjoying it.
