Looking for an adventure like no other? My treehouse is just a hop, skip, and a slide (yes, there's a slide!) from Disneyland & Knott's Berry Farm. Downtown Brea is a 5 min walk away. It has restaurants, shopping, 12 screen movie theater, Improv, grocery store and more. Two parks are also within 5 min walking distance. You will find excellent dining in both Downtown Brea and Downtown Fullerton (highly recommended). My treehouse is great for couples, adventurers, kids, and furry friends (pets).

This is a fully renovated studio nestled on the quiet hilltop. It's in a quiet & safe neighborhood. This is a back house and the host live in the front house. There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets within a 5-10 mins drive. Most appliances are new. New 55" 4K smart TV and Central AC throughout the house. The house is gated with free street parking. The washer and dryer are free to use. It's about 14 miles to LA downtown, 22 miles to Universal Studio, and 26 miles to Disneyland resort.

The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.

Enjoy dining outdoors and the fire pit. The sparkling pool is perfect for the warm CA weather. Optional heating for an additional $95 per day. Plus, we get decked out for the holidays from mid-November to mid-January. Be sure to reserve early because we tend to get booked out.

Charming detached, private, Guest Cabin available in Boyle Heights/City Terrace/near freeways. It's 7 minutes to the Arts District in DTLA, and adjacent to USC Medical Ctr and Cal State LA. This is an autonomous space on a large hillside property. Wifi and cable! The cabin is already sparkling clean, but in addition I will adhere strictly to the sanitizing and safety guidelines provided by Airbnb and the CDC.
