Our house sits at the bottom of a secret track in a private, historical cove on the beautiful Hebridean island of Lismore. Secluded, quiet and peaceful, Port Moluag is within easy reach of the Scottish mainland whilst feeling totally removed from the pace and noise of city life. The house is newly-built using eco technologies to limit its environmental impact and is surrounded by wonderful wildlife such as seals, otters, and a multitude of birds as well as many sites of historical interest.

Set on the top edge of the field, these 4-berth pods command a fabulous view over the pond and surrounding countryside. The pine interiors create a warm, cosy ambience and at the same time make them feel airy and spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'll need for your stay and all bed linen and towels are provided. There is a comfy double bed and two sofa-style benches that double up as single beds. All pods have their own private decking area, firepit BBQ and WIFI.

Just a 10-minute walk from Tralee Beach and a short drive to Oban, it’s ideal for quiet winter breaks or longer off-season stays.

It is 50m from the beach with direct access to the beach. There is no public road between you and the shoreline - it's very private! The views are spectacular and the kitchen is very well equipped. Perfect for hiking or skiing the mountains, kayaking to the seal colony or cycling and walking.

The island is easily accessible by the nearby Calmac passenger ferry from Gallanach, near the mainland town of Oban.
