Our Floating Home, on the rural wildlife sanctuary of Upton Lake, is within a gated community and, being very close to a large car park, it's easy to unload/load your car. The galley/lounge opens out onto a deck area with a marble dining table & chairs and comfortable seating - ideal for your sundowner tipple. The whole property benefits from Superfast Wi-fi. A short stroll brings you into the historic town centre. The Lake is great base for exploring the area with pleasant riverside footpaths.

Your boat is permanently moored in our rural marina for the duration of your stay with access to the deck area. It will be moored next to our other boats in our pretty wharf.

This luxury, self-catering accommodation is berthed at Cabin Boatyard, on the scenic River Hamble whether business or holiday it offers you a unique experience. For safety reasons, it is unsuitable for children under 5. Made from sustainable and recycled materials, it is fully insulated and has underfloor heating, so you can enjoy this river living experience all year round in complete comfort.
