Guests have access to a washer and dryer and can request any special items they need. Memory foam sleeping mats are also available. The walk is only 3-5 min to shops, bars, and restaurants!

Modern 1BD/1BTH open concept home in pine trees on Banner Mountain. Walking distance to local trails, 10 minutes to downtown Nevada City/Grass Valley. Sleeps 4 comfortably (queen sofa bed in living room) queen air mattress ($10/N for air mattress. Any more guests over 4 there is a charge of $10/person per night. Kitchen has everything to cook with + outdoor BBQ. Games and puzzles. The garage has a ping pong, washer/dryer. Generator during power outage.

Beautiful house close to town and in the trees

Cancellations due to fire or Smokey air -allowed. Fragrance free cleaning products Wood floors, washer/dryer stocked kitchen Central heat. Air conditioning. High end mattresses. The house is off of a main road close to downtown Nevada City but in the tallest trees. There is some car noise during rush hour but none of that can be heard from inside of this very well insulated house. No loud parties. We do host dogs and occasionally cats.

This beautiful 3 acre river front cabin on the middle fork of the Yuba River is in the Tahoe National Forest. Two bedrooms and a loft that sleeps 9. Nevada City is just 15 to 20 minutes away, with Bullards Bar Reservoir just 10 minutes away for fishing and boating. Lots of hiking and mountain bike riding trails nearby. BBQ on the rear deck while you view the river in the backyard with your own private beach.
