Large 20'x12' private studio with big private bathroom, supplied kitchenette, walk-in closet, and relaxing deck with access to a sauna, fire pit, and yard. Quiet, authentic FoPo neighborhood near many delicious and affordable restaurants, bars, dispensaries, and food carts. Borrow bikes to access the Hawthorne, Division, Woodstock and Belmont areas within 15 minutes. All are welcome. LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 friendly. 1910 craftsman in the heart of the Mississippi district, Portland. Walking distance to bars and restaurants and only two blocks from the Max light rail. Basement apartment is brand new and includes sauna, digital projector, a pull down screen, queen sized Murphy bed, washer/dryer, dishwasher and full kitchen. Secure & private access is through two locked doors from the side of the house. Our small family of three plus a cat live upstairs. Perfect private getaway or weekend adventure.

A golden retriever lives on property but please no pets.
