The barn cottage is private space with 500 sqft, fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living area, kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Located just outside of New Albany, IN and less than 15 minutes to Louisville, KY allowing for the relaxation of the countryside, while also enjoying the city attractions!

Sweet Hollow Farm

Sweet Hollow Farm is located near Taylorsville Lake. 30 miles from Louisville, 40 miles from Lexington and 25 from Bardstown. We have a small farm with a studio barn apartment. Private entrance with full bath. We also have a beautiful pool that we share with our guests. There is a horseshoe pit, fire pit and multiple outdoor seating areas. Kids and dogs welcome. We even have space for horses and boats. We can offer peace and quiet, a clear view of the stars and hummingbird theatrics.

Welcome to our Kentucky farmhouse situated 20 minutes from downtown Louisville on the way to Bardstown. Outside, you have an entire acre available for entertainment, relaxation, and privacy. Inside, the home has been curated and influenced by local history, culture, and industry so you can relax in Kentucky style during your stay. Right off the primary highway that circles Louisville, you have easy access to the Bourbon distilleries, Churchill Downs, local restaurants, and parks.

The 1938 Barn

The 1938 Barn is located in the ❤ of Covered Bridge Country in Parke County. You will love the rustic charm of this converted hay barn built in 1938. Come relax by the camp fire or explore our many Covered Bridges and local State Parks. The farm also hosts Henry's Market, a market garden providing fresh meat and vegetables which makes summertime an excellent time to visit! Please note: There is NO WI-FI, NO CABLE. We have a selection of DVDs. Limited cell service, AT&T works best.
