The heating and cooling is an in-wall unit as well as a space heater. It's situated on a pond across a foot bridge from the barn. Behind is 4 acres of trees with trails through it that run up to a cattle pasture. There is plenty of space to roam with a play set to entertain the kids.

Proceeds from this beautiful rental site supports the Calvert Marine Museum located in Solomons, MD. In addition, a lighthouse endowment was established for its continued care.
