Beautiful 4 bedroom house on the beach at Horseshoe Bay. Stunning views. Huge lounge, with a conservatory, overlooking the beach. Courtesy transfers Please note heating is now by a heat pump, which makes the house cosy warm. Huge deck with a large BBQ. This house is a great place to have a family holiday, with heaps of room for the kids. Please be aware that the cell phone coverage is only Telecom, 027 and can be patchy at the house. The 60m2 bach is new, 30 meters from the well known Trees surf break at Colac Bay and warm as toast all year round, well insulated, heating in all rooms and a cozy roaring meg fire.
