Outside is an acre of lawn and native gardens, birds and occasional wildlife, plenty of parking and large decks with views in all directions. The home is spacious and private, yet surrounded by (harmless) local wildlife. You will see many wallabies grazing on the property.

The yard is fully fenced and can be locked up. Porta cot and bedding is also available.
