It is walking distance to the racecourse, Herriot Museum and train station plus the beautiful market square of Thirsk. Buses run regularly to Ripon, Northallerton and York. Parking is on the street with a disc, but free parking is also available. Restaurants, pubs and shops are all within a two minute walk.

There are no other holiday cottages in the grounds.

Welcome to Treblenick House, a 1930s house which still has many of its original features with a large private garden and parking for two cars. Treblenick House is ideally situated close to York Road, Sutton Bank and less than a ten minute walk into the picturesque Market Place, where there are cafes, bars and restaurants and plenty of independent shops, the Ritz cinema and of course the famous Herriot Centre and Thirsk Racecourse. There are also some lovely walks in and around Thirsk.

The Nook is a converted garage unit which is detached from our house with private entrance, outdoor seating area and key safe for entry. Accommodation comprises of living room/kitchenette, bedroom and wet room. Selection of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee, sugar and milk are provided to make your stay as comfortable as possible. A T.V/D.V.D player are for your use, as is a microwave and induction hob for light cooking. Comfortable seating and a small dining area complete the main room.
