600 sq ft casita with kitchen, full bathroom and full gym. Can use pool, bbq and laundry. Casita is nestled poolside on a beautiful pine tree-filled one acre lot. Incredibly tranquil, yet just 3 miles from the Las Vegas Strip, Raiders stadium and world-class dining and shows. Guests will have a private entrance and full use of the gym that is part of the casita. Coffee, tea and bottled water are provided. Plenty of free parking as well. Wifi throughout the property and full use of pool.

P&Y Studio

Beautiful studio with its own private bath and parking. It is located in a quiet and safe community, only 8-10 min from Las Vegas Blvd. The studio count with a luxurious Queen size bed, a sofa bed, 55 inch TV, Wifi, microwave, refrigerator, electric stove, silverware, cookware, rice cooker, Iron, hair dryer, washer and dryer and many other things for your comfort. It also include the main amenities. It is very close to shopping centers and food markets (including Walmart, Sam's club, etc).

A guesthouse (casita) within a 1-acre compound that’s 8 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes to the Strip and less than 15 minutes from the new Allegiant Stadium.
