The Old Stable, a secluded annex in Langar

A relaxing place to stay in the Vale of Belvoir for up to four guests. With country walks and great village pubs in the surrounding area and close proximity to Langar Hall Hotel. The Old Stable is attached to the main house but has it’s own entrance via a shared courtyard. It is a two bedroom home with ample parking available. We are within 15 minutes of The Engine Yard at Belvoir Castle and within 30 minutes from Melton Mowbray, Grantham and Nottingham. A perfect location for any getaway.

Church House Hut is a stunning, luxurious bespoke 18’ shepherd’s hut situated in a unique spot on the borders of Rutland, Lincolnshire and Leicestershire. The vista from the front of the self-catering hut offers breath taking countryside views as far as the eye can see. From the back window, you remember that you are situated in a very special garden belonging to an 18th century church. Please note: This property is not suitable for children or infants due to safety and design considerations.

The Barn is a rural retreat tucked away at the end of a quiet leafy lane in Colston Bassett in the heart of the beautiful Vale of Belvoir. Ideal for families, walkers, cyclists, gastro enthusiasts or perhaps those just looking to enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside, The Barn is a brand new, hand-crafted home built by the architect owner who lives in The Old Farmhouse next door. We also welcome well behaved dogs (we just request a modest fee of £20 per dog per stay)

Pantiles Cottage, Stretton, sleeps 4 self catering

Beautiful, renovated, detached stone cottage. Both bedrooms en-suite, one with king sized bed the other twin zip and link beds, Modern fully fitted kitchen diner and separate lounge. Free Wifi. Owners, Gill and Greg live on site. Parking for two cars. Stretton is 7 miles from Rutland Water, 8 miles from Oakham and 9 miles from Stamford and Burghley. Electric charging point available. The White Horse Country Inn is next door, recently renovated and open for bookings.

Lovely cottage in outstanding rural location.

Self contained accommodation, private entrance in beautiful rural setting. Sitting room with log burner and kitchen with oven, fridge, microwave and Nespresso machine. Two bedrooms with shared bath / shower room. We allow up to 2 dogs. We also offer a fully enclosed half acre paddock for exercising them. No street lights so it is a perfect location for stargazing. Village pub 5 mins walk away. Local for Stamford, Belvoir Castle, and Burghley House.

Lovely peaceful rural location, dog friendly, enclosed garden. Central to Melton Mowbray, Oakham and Grantham and Belvoir Castle. Within easy reach of Rutland, Stamford, Burghley, Newark and surrounding areas. Sleeping 3 people with the option of another person on a Z bed. Lockable out building ideal for bikes or other outdoor belongings. Due to the stairs and downstairs bathroom not suitable for people with restricted mobility.

Come and stay in our lovingly converted barn in the middle of the Rutland countryside. Perfect for a quiet get-away with lots of walking and cycling from the doorstep. Set in a 3 acre plot of our family home, you will have access to a private garden at the rear of the property plus our orchard should you wish to bring 1 small - medium sized dog with you. Unfortunately, the property is not suited to large dogs.
