Welcome to the “Little J Cottage” located just outside of Spruce Creek, Pa. Conveniently located between Altoona and State College minutes from I99. Nestled along the famous Little Juniata river this newly renovated house still holds its older country charm. The cottage has a semi private setting on a large country lot providing scenic views. Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

This 2-bedroom space is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, large bathroom, and private fenced-in patio. Beautiful views of Rothrock State Forest; the house is just minutes from biking & hiking trails, world-class fishing, and State Game lands. 23 miles from Beaver Stadium, it is the perfect getaway for PSU visitors wishing to get away from the hectic State College scene.

The house is located 30 miles from Penn State, 10 miles from Greenwood Furnace and 25 miles from Raystown Lake.

We have extensively remodeled this special home and brought it forward from the 1960s while maintaining its character, including the original wrought iron railing and open vaulted living room. We've also incorporated some elements of Altoona's history into the home. It's the perfect cozy and welcoming space to rest and relax whether traveling for work, visiting family, or exploring the beautiful surrounding area.
